Mr. McCord
Mr. John D. McCord (spiffy dresser, isn't he?!) grew up in Borger, graduating from Borger High School. He earned both a BA, as well as an MA, from Baylor University. He has done post-graduate work at the University of North Texas and West Texas A & M University. He taught English at Eastfield College in Dallas. He also worked in business for 25 years, including owning and operating Jim's Grocery in Stinnett for a number of years. He has taught at WTMS for more than ten years. Mr. McCord recently finished coursework for his mid-management certification. This will allow him to take a position as a principal in a school district. Congratulations, Mr. McCord!
